I noticed I have not been keeping some of my promises I made to God, to people etc., and I haven’t really seen it as a deficiency in my character. The way around this is-- If I know I have an issue keeping my words then I must be very economical with it else I must without fail keep my words, this is called integrity. So it shows I have a shaky integrity even with God, this is a matter of urgent concern, very critical. I must be careful with my words when in pressure to commit, when I am excited etc., I must inculcate discipline into use of my words for my words give me away.

Oh LORD please forgive me and have mercy on me…I repent of my sins, going forward I commit to keeping my words to You and to those around in Jesus name. Amen.
